Emergency mold and water damage restoration and full renovation of 30 apartment units. This included repairs, repainting, new flooring, upgrades/repairs on heating systems and installations of kitchen cabinets, as well as sinks, with new plumbing, appliances including stoves, stove range, and refrigerators in 90 units. We also installed new tubs and plumbing in all restrooms. We cleaned up and restored common areas throughout the residential complex. Due to it being an emergency, we had a crew of 65 employees working 10-12 hours a day, 7 days a week, for a total of 5 months.
