Victorious CREED completed interior demolition of 6,000 sq. ft. of existing retail area to include all interior walls, ceilings, flooring, all MEP, to open shell. The space was turned into the new AAA offices in San Antonio, Texas. All construction was Title 24 and ADA compliant, including new lighting with motion sensors and low-voltage switches. We built new walls, new ceilings, and flooring in accordance with the new designs by the owner. Installed electrical whip outlets and data outlets for all new workstations. New bathrooms (ADA compliant) and offices, new HVAC systems, plumbing, data room, cafeteria with custom build cabinets. We completed a turnkey project for our client with 90% in housed trade employees.
