Abated approximately 30,000 sq. ft. of fireproofing insulation of 2nd floor of Pomona Police Department, as well as at Pomona Fire Department. This included contaminated areas and wall cavities. Entire demolition of ceilings to include MEPs, flooring, and walls.

We rebuilt new walls, installed new floorings, ceilings, new air conditioning ducting system, upgraded all temperature control system from pneumatic to low voltage digital, upgraded all lighting to Title 24 compliance to include new engineered design, rebuilt bathrooms to be ADA compliant, and new fireproofing insulation throughout. The entirety of this project was performed while the police station was still active.
